Wash cloths towels linens how can we do our job without these simple things.
Why is it we don't have any? Is it because we use them for care every 2 hrs through the night. And laundry don't wash all night long?? Or is it staff is strealing them if that was true all of us should be stocked up by now... What about we must be throwing them away. I don't think were gonna throw our tools away. Maybe it is the washer eating them. I know I have a hell of a time with socks at home !! Plumbing sux here I bet it's full of wash cloths from the huge washer. What are ur thoughts ?
Its bc we work 24/7 n laundry does NOT im not sure y they dont

ReplyDeleteWhat are they thinking, They cut you down to three, then the three thats left have to eat dinner, so that leaves you with 2 they have to give showers so there is nobody but the poor nurse who is trying to pass medicine, in the meanwhile, you have falls, alarms, and call lights that they are trying to get. Then they get reported because they didnt get the medicine out in time, or "they let a pt fall." Then Miss supervisor comes around with her clipboard, wanting to do inservice. But we will continue to provide the quality care of the leading nursing home in the industry, if the big shots only knew
