Add another post for me; Dumb wants nurses to take a math test, with Dumber supervising to make sure they don't cheat. Are they real? Everyone should get a case of brain fart and fail.. How disrespectful is that. That is calling us stupid, cheaters, and liars.
Just anothr way of those idiots showing what they think of us. Do they spend their whole day coming up with ideas on how to mess with us. I bet they dont take math tests. If they did would they pass? They make me sick

ReplyDeleteThe only way 2+2 could possibly equal 5 is when the 2 is allowed to be perturbed by .5 which would be 2.3 + 2.3 = 4.6.

Ok so we r all human until we clock in and become property of GLC n then they expect us 2 turn in 2 f**kin machines n make we dont make no mistakes we ive got news for them i cant turn in2 a perfect mistake free person that they seem 2 think is out there ready willing n able 2 take my job n at this point i say go 4 it replace ME it wont hurt my feelings none bc there r other facilities that r willing 2 hire me n take me for my word n understand NO ONE is perfect

2+2=5 is wrong to some average Person like dumb and dumber . But to people who know there shit 2+2=5 is correct and shows that we might look like we can't add but we actually know algebra and up . That if we cheat is because we think it's so stupid to wast time with such a thing like a test on simple arithmetic equations!!!!
I know the humor was buried deep but I'm sure u all get it now !!! But to u who knew the answer bravo .....
They truly need 2 give business office a math test bc if my check is short my worked hours 1 more time n i hear them tell me i have 2 wait 2 more wks for the money i already earned n should of been paid mayb it does take a rocket scientist 2 do payroll

ReplyDeleteHeads up nurses we are under a slanderous character attack along with all the other harrassment from dumb and dumber. The HEAD DUMBY assisting dumb and dumber is giving a math test in progress already for some under guard by dumber so that we dont cheat. They all can kiss my ass. How can any of us subject ourselves to these insults, r we taking the test or do we all stand together and say no. We havent had a test problem in the past. So this is a dirty trick test these people need to be under guard what about it NURSES!! Why dont we all come together and call NSO about slander or a private law firm in nash whom this nurse has already spoken to about this bullshit whom says she would be glad to take our case, she has always wanted to get her a nursing home, JUST SHOCKED ME
ReplyDeleteHeres a simple math test we all can pass except the front office personnel... HERE AT THE GLC00054 THE NURSES ARE CUT THE MOST. We have 2 ADONs; 2 MDS coordinators; 1 scheduler; 1 staffing coordinator; Activities with her assistant; Social Service with her assistant; Maintenance with his assistant; 3 people in front office (assholes); A supervisor 3-11 (dumber); AND one night a week we have 2 supervisors!!! All these people get 40 hours a week!!! Floor nurses were automatically cut down DOWN to 36 Hours (AND BELOW THAT) a week when the census was good. Now that the census is bad the nurss have to take a 45 minute lunch break. Now if you dont get to clock out payroll does adjust the timeclock (ILLEGAL???) QUESTION: Do we really need this much OFFICE HEAD with the census so low. And there is suppose to be more cuts coming on Oct 1st. You would think that these "HEADS" are incompetent or are over worked needing all this help!! Maybe its time for an overheal of the whole department head team. Look how much money is wasted on positions instead of working positions NURSES! Nurses can multi-task and do scheduling when it is dumped (dropped) on them to call staff in and handle time adjustments as needed assuring timesheets are signed by each employee needed. THINK HOW MUCH MONEY CORPORATE COULD SAVE IF THEY HAD A STRONG D.O.N. (this one HUH sad). This D.O.N. has TWO - 2 ASSISTANTS!!!! or how much they could save if they had a staffing coordinator D.C.E. who could do the scheduling (she dont have a clue to education might as well do scheduling)... AND I MEAN DO WE REALLY NEED 2 in activities to play Bingo and do we still have ice cream socials??? Do we really need a person sitting in the front office to answer phones. Oh and just curious when the rude, arrogant, ugly, unprofessional payroll clerk is out WHO DOES PAYROLL?? It sure is funny how we survive Saturday and Sunday every weekend without any of them perfectly fine. MATTER OF FACT ITS A NICER PLACE WITH GREAT ATTITUDES, STRESS FREE ATMOSPHERE without their presence. COME ON GLC lets here it for the math in this one!!!
