Possibly tomorrow ain't no pressure. Do ur job taked care of our people, nurses medicate and make them feel better. Good food cooked housekeepers cleaned and everyone smiled and laughed and got along!!! Therapy did therapy and left. Supervisor did her thing!! Harmony. I didn't see excessive breaks or any people not doing what they know has to be done. Wild concept. What could be diff about today from yesterday..?
Everyone did it there own way and it got done !
Here is a thought back off let us work and we will shine ! And the pt will benefit the most!!

Well there is an easy answer 4 that..... its bc the BITCHS r off.... n we can take a deep sigh of relief at least 4 1 more day n then it will b monday again....ugh....i look forward 2 the 3 day weekends n the holidays bc we only have family members breathing down our necks...
ReplyDeleteSunday .. Should have been a very awful day few people sick, no water and stil took 45min lunches and we still was able to have a stres free day. No turmoil no lights constantly ringing and having to take cont people all the wasy to therapy to to use the rest room ( only water in the building ) no one had to direct us. People went to shed and got wipes and we placed 4 gallons of water per hall just in case. Dietary changed to paper and provided a great lunch. Every res was clean smelled good up and looked nice.... Charting complete the nurses said.. All of this Done because of 1. No firing today 2. Staff did there job there way and was not strong armed intio doing things someone else's way while worrying about getting wrote up or fired! Once again this is proof that. Leave us alone let us do our job our way instill some confidence in job security. And the res and there family's will be happy Wichita will result in a higher census via repeat business and word of mouth. staff will focus on pt care and not job hunting. Go home in a happy mood which will help mom be a happier mom and in turn sleep well and be ready the next day of work! It is a spiral that will result in great results or neg and it all going to hell were knocking at the door right now what's it gonna be? Mgmt?
