Feeling the end is near
How many of u have a new resume wrote and how many of u have a 2 week notice already wrote
And why?
O i do .....because you never know if today will be the day they pull your name out of the "hat" ......to torment and make as miserable as possible....we will critize their work (even thou its being done) and look for any reason to write you up (not because you did something wrong but bc 1 of them didnt get laid last nite) they really push u 2 your breaking point (this is the point of the day where i would go smoke but now cant) then they wanna b nice 2 u (at this point of the day the anxiety is causing a burning in my chest) ....is that enough of a reason 2 have my resume ready in my car waiting ??
Jenna: definitely. Today I hit my breaking point and snapped. I turned in my notice but it was not accepted as of yet. This also would of Been a time I would of smoked and blew it off that the natzi RN club is trying to get to me. I tried my best this am to be positive but got shot down in all my ideas I had to boost morale. I'm just waiting for the day someone with some sense does something about the people running the place into the ground.
FYI GLC GO TO EXCEL USE SHARE DOC S and find Attendance tracking and look at what THE petty payroll clerk is up to, do the math you can figure it out. HERE IT IS: They are tracking some but not others. I know of several people and nurses that have MISSED A LOT!! and they are marked down as perfect attendance reflecting none of these absences. One nurse misses everyweek and has since she was hired and NONE of this is reflected. This GLC has never had a professional in that front office payroll job. One that can do the job right. You better be tracking your own time and watching your pay even the techs see this or you wont be paid for your hard work. Payroll needs a math test and ethics.
