Hey I fallen and didnt break shit sorry..
Well it seems like the problems all stem from low census. So says mgmt? Really . Then why is mgmt examp. Nursing admin THE admin social services get out there and push people down and hand them a card.. Extreme times calls for extreme marketing, what about admissions oh. Quit so who is trained to do there job ? All of the above mentioned.. Fact. If the pt are out there why are they still sitting here ? Not gonna fall into this place !! Those damn centrum silver. O u all have the answers. Cut hrs kill staff financially and physically working short or not letting them work at all.. Get ur asses out of the building because we have stablished they are not here in the bed or in ur office. And hand some fucking fruit baskets out on the ortho and med surge floors. There is only like 10 hospitals to fish in I know there has to be keepers, or on the way out as a final kiss my ass did admissions tell all there buddy's in case management to refer elsewhere. It's amazing what not letting people do there job and riding there asses gets you

Its kinda amusing bc at other facililties in town they actually have strong a strong marketing team for there places n they dont have stupid contracts with insurance groups like healthsprings
ReplyDeleteI mean its bad enough that we have a very low low census........ but im thinking it might have sumthing 2 do with our ever tanning leader makin the threat she was going 2 go home n get her gun n come back n deal with certain families........thats a great way 2 get more residents in the building......NOT.....or could it b that we still have no real social worker to assist families with there needs and 2 assist with there concerns
No1 is goin 2 get off their lazy asses n promote the care we give here bc the honestly think GLC is still the best nursing home in town and clearly we r not since we r this empty.......we were the best years ago n people came 2 our nursing home on their own bc we were the best.....well over time administrator after administrator ran the place n reputation into the ground not caring that ALOT of us put years of hard work into this place 2 them its all about money n thats the bottom line..... A fellow x coworker of ours who was here since the beginning was injured n needed rehab n the facility still charged her n outragous fortune n could not get the care n rehab thru the same place she gave over 20 yrs of her life 2 n they did not care........ Its a damn shame !!!!!
