A PISSED NURSE: At the facility we have educational experts dumb and dumber to get together to play cat and mouse games with the very skilled nurses employed there to match wits. these very skilled nurses have figured out their big secret game plan to attempt to provide prove the staff incompetent to do their job. So they can get rid of some more of the nurses that don't bend over and bow to them as they enter the building . In their arrogance and conceit with themselves they have failed to realize that they are supposed to be leaders and examples and want earn the respect that goes along with the positions these two asses are in. So how can this staff soar with the Eagles and be at its best when we have to be led by crippled minded turkeys. These are the results these geniuses in charge have achieved consider a revolutionary change at the facility by focusing on the future without them in the mix is an excellent start. Then we all can motivate each other and be a good influence to others and create a plan executing service excellence in this facility without the staff being targets for harassment and our jobs threatened by the miserable leaders violating us at work. Instead of working in a miserable, stressful center we can enjoy what we do with our patients promoting good health and great attitudes, good moral all around, valuable relationships and this be a joyful place to come and heal and work. People don't follow people that they don't have respect. And you don't earn respect via fear or retaliation or threatening. This is not a prison and does not need to have the morale at the prison these patients are not prisoners and we are not guards so please take that back to the prison. Professional nursing with a dash of the sense of humor and happy smiles will do wonders for morale and patient care . I would like to see what you think please comment below
They want us to be mindless turkeys that need to be told don't look up at the rain or u will drown. So that when they are hungry they can eat us and the other turkeys don't realize that they are next it is about nov this turkey is flying the coupe before I loose my head.

Neither of them have a clue how to give directives in a palliative way that is conducive to positive learning. They project like the backside of a mule. And that DCE, from what I here, she needs to go back to the prison where she can mesh right in with her psychotic ways....or maybe visit a "lune" farm. That way, when she gets shit on she will be back in her comfort zone of retaliation.

People pull together, thats what is happening now. Dont be tricked or fooled or played, dont fold now. Be Strong, Be a Leader, Be a Survivor. Caring for one another. These vultures are trying to scalp us, eat us alive and us not say a word just line up, keeping walking as you have been, MUTE,DUMB, and go along. We were Mute and Dumb because when they launched this slaughter we did not know we were their prey, we still believed we were doing a great job, breaking our backs, and everything was well at GIC. When really the War with the Vultures had already slaughtered some good staff members and we missed it. There were some great people and nurses seen what was up and left, just did not want the stress of it in their life. Their diabolical scheme devised by these superiors and corporate office and the H/R person at their side advising them along the way thinks they are getting rid of us loyal employees that they will subdue and remove us. Well, time will tell. But we can say in the end if we dont win WE DID NOT REMAIN IGNORANT, WE FOUGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS AND THE PATIENT'S RIGHTS, WE DID NOT REMAIN MUMMIES UNDER THEIR CONTROL and lie down and let them eat us. The credit of those concerned, that these BLOOD SUCKERS may be ferreted out and their shameful misrepresentations exposed... There is nothing like a system of hostility mediated by the Geek Squad. Know this that our superiors in the front office and H/R are nothing more than vigilantes and have came in and tore up the GIC once a magnificent place to work. When we were hoping for professionals who were peaceful, friendly, Having a care over the employees. I expect there has never been such frauds imposed on any group of employees as the Vultures we look at. Dumb is constantly in the bldg, she actually wants the DON position, she believes she is already the DON when #1 is not present, she has shown me that she thinks she can also be the ED; both better watch their backs there little gopher might strike at them; she makes it clear to all she is superior to them. She is a Hitler, no one wants a Hitler in the bldg.
ReplyDeleteGetting the Staff @ GIC is payrolls job. Payroll is suppose to be a professional position not having any personal feelings involved in this job. But some of us find if she doesn't like you or her friends don't care for you - She will track your attendance, add days you were excused for (whoops approvals lost)! give you a bad time whenever you have to communicate with her, document you are off when you are not, chg your timeclock punch, write on legal documents personal comments as she did to one of the best of us. Payroll has double or triple standards. If you are in their click you can miss and be late all you want. But if they dont like you they count everything against you and then some that isnt yours!!

These new heads have came in and caused havoc and is attempting to get all new staff in the building eliminating long time staff to lower the wages on the whole facility. As soon as they are done with the nursing staff that makes very little more than the CNAs they will start on the CNAs to eliminate all. Its all about them still making a profit. The GLC expects more and more out of less and less. Less staff, less money spent on supplies, laundry, on and on, LESS MONEY. ITS ABOUT MONEY WITH THEM. And they are making a profit monthly U BELIEVE IT. So LETS CALL IT PAYLESS INSTEAD OF gic
ReplyDeleteI know everybody sees the nurse come in and spend 20 minutes in the RR with herself putting her makeup on and braiding her hair then coming out spending time with her friend noc nurse she brought there talking another 15 minutes all awhile the nurse coming on is waiting to count the cart but being put off, professionals, this nurse cries throughout the day with her multiple daily break downs, shes being cared for on the job like a patient. Its one on one with her too frequently, GIC is this what we are going to end up with. It is if a few stop dancing and lay down there sticks. Fight the good fight, Fight it for the ones that are scared and blind to whats going on around them.
ReplyDeleteWhat angers us the most is that they have violated the basic principles we were taught and we teach our children as a child - TO BE HONEST, dont tell lies, be fair, share, do not steal, be kind and good hearted towards others, help your coworker, help your neighbor. I always lived by turn the other cheeck and pray and I would endure a wrong done to me than to commit one. Love thy neighbor as I was taught. But I have been educated on the job through harsh and undue treatment that has make we change my walk of life, I will not lay down arms and be treated less than I am. I am a Person, made in the image of God. Respect is earned. I have lost all respect for management all of them. Dumber better back off before she has charges placed on her for assault.

Its not dumber assaulting people, taking personal items touching personal property and confronting staff on the floor in verbal attacks and verbal assaults and putting her hands on us with plenty of witnesses to back the victims, ITS DUMB!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I might add, I am not the one Dumb assaulted either, but I love that one she did that too and plenty of others do to. 911 HAPPEN it changed a lot of people. Neighbors got to know each other, coworkers too. People came together united in thousands and found themselves on common ground realizing the differences between them were nothing. Realizing they needed each other for survival. People that felt alone found out they were not alone. People made life time friends that day and the days following. People Strangers pulled each other out of the grips of death. Thats what is happening here @ work. Coming together while under attack. Caring for one another. If you make mistakes (and we are human, we will) show each other kindness. Have each others back. Be long suffering with each other. Earn respect, be honorable, loyal to each other not to those up front that have shown their colors and the snitches. When you started working here you had dreams and hopes to be successful at what you are doing, be the BEST. To have that threatened on a daily basis by these superiors and baggered daily is so low down and heartless.
ReplyDeletewe all agree braveheart. even though these superiors do not work the floor and dont have any idea of what goes on on the floor they are suppose to be people minded, have a heart, have feelings. they are stone cold, heartless tin men. our front office people have proven they will step over you, they are stepping on some even now and they keep kicking them trying to take their life. when you take a fellow persons job their earnings you take away the food from there families, kids. whats going to happen during the holidays here, i bet holidays here are not even celebrated. do the staff get anything for thanksgiving and christimas here? what can we expect im new and curious
ReplyDeleteLooks like we are conversating back and forth, I am enjoying talking to a fellow coworker new and curious. We use to have an administrator that loved the staff and the staff knew it, and the patients loved him. We have not had anything since he left the facility. It was the worse thing that could have happen in Springfield City, thats how bad it is. Where ever he is there are happy staff members and loved patient's. We all miss him and love him, his name was Simon
ReplyDeletethere is a nurse here they pick on all the time and they are not letting up. they want this nurse to be physically sick from the stress of it all. they are not letting up hoping he will get tired given up and quit, throw in the towel. they have lied on him. they have went as far as to interfere in pt's care to really get deep next to this nurse using the patient. what else are they going to use, its a nurse. HATS off to you. you are one strong nurse. you are a nurse that deeply believes good will win over evil when the dirt settles and the fighting has stopped only the strong and good will be left standing. so stand strong, you have been nothing less than a help to your patient. sometimes you can save a persons life by the joy you give them. your patients have true love for you. sometimes you are the dose of medicene they need to take their mind off of their pain and illness. a lot of times the pt has voiced this also asking for that nurse describing you and you know who you are. the patient's have told many "boy I needed that inspiration that nurse I had yesterday has given me. Dying, sickly love ones in their last few hours and days leave this life offering you encouragement - dont you quit, you be strong. remember these good things and think of them. i have hope in you and I pray to God he punishes every single one of them up front that has made you unhappy. And that Assistant up front to #1 devil Keep your eye on her. she comes to you as a caring, concerned, honest toward you with her feelings. her assistance to help you or any of us do not trust her. she is no different than the judas that kissed Jesus on the face and handed him over to be crucified and killed. She is allowing herself to be used by those superiors and she has already picked what side she is on. and believe it if you are there you have to pick sides, she is not one of us. dont be fooled into thinking she is concerned for the way you are being done, she knows full knowledge, she showed true colors when the last ed was in office, she showed her colors again when evil e was in her office and now she joins troops with this mess.
