Employee of the month wait ... Program cut out due to census
I've personally haven't been chosen in my time here but I was nominated once ( I nominated my self shhhhhh) anyhow it gives one sence of pride because we the staff not mgmt chooses ... Shows we care and are proud of one another. What does it cost the facility 1: wall space $free 2: ink from printer $0.18 cents 3: dollar store picture frame $1.09 4: parking space $free 5: pin and brass plaque engraved $6:45( I saw the bill ) and finally 6: free lunch $2.00 but they make u take a 45 min lunch which the extra 15 min actually cost more than that so -1,50 grand total of $8.22 yes I used a calculator. Given up why is it this low census or all of us are that bad? Is a joke to mgmt when they walk by it? All I'm trying to say is it's just one more thing to kill moral. Keep us down so I'll have a poll set up very soon on right side of site and we will nominate 3 people and we will vote for employee of the month on here .... Well I almost forgot this is a anonomys site

Nothing is in the budget lets list what doesnt fit in the budget

3. Garbage bags
4. Recognizing hard working employees
5. Hot water
6. To allow employees to smoke
7. Air conditioning after the office people go home
8. Allowing employees to eat for free
9. Clean mop water (stick to the floor once n u wil know what i mean)
10. Descent food for the residents
All that might not b in the budget but i bet a tanning bed n lotion sure is

ReplyDeleteI see some people , places, and things Don't change!! What a place of Hell. Yeah most of the Nurses sit around on their asses, or they are so stone, they don't even take care of their pts.Thats why most of them work at night and at a nursing home, so they can get by with this sort of behavior, I have watched the nurses take more medication than what they were giving the resident's... And had to help hold the nurses up to keep them from hitting the floor, Or wake them up just to ask them about a resident that seem to be in trouble. Oh and the medicine room on West wing was their favorite sleeping quarters, that way they could hide from the tech's, because that was one place we were not aloud to be..these certain nurses are too stupid to work in a hospital, the Hospital's wouldn't put up with their BS. It is way too convenient for them to work at a nursing home and get by with all their BS.. There is one nurse who walks around thinking she looks like a barbie doll, and is so messed up, I don't see how she gets herself to work and back home let alone take care of the residents..Yeah the Employee of the month is a joke, I think they just write their on names on the board, If they made it through one night of not sleeping and didn't steal any of the meds from pts, I think that's how the names get on there,, The Techs work harder and know more about running GL, than the office, And the Administrator walks around like she is smelling for Shit all the time, So uneducated, not mgmt material at all..Good Luck Techs, Hope you find a way out..
