Yes at the bottom of ur paystub shows how many sick hrs u have EARNED.. I say again earned. It is a so called benefit that we get as a perk to work here.. Most places just have PTO. Which is both, ok then why is it a crime to get sick. And u have got to be out 2 days to get one paid unless ur over 10 yrs. U just might make some one have overtime to cover the shift.... Wait that's a crime to instead of being thankful that ur willing to help facility out and work a extra shift.. Ur looked down on too. What if the other night a cna who is a single parent needed to call out do to a very sick baby. Some one in mgmt told her if she didnt come in she would be fired. (She has never got a write up yet) So she left her sick child with a neighbor and came to work. Just to find out that due to census they cut staff and sent a another person home that didnt have anything to do. What do you think about that? Report to work . Ok we have enough now go home.. Dirty I tell u. Cut one before it's time to go to work and if ur short because of a call in then ask me to come in.

Im calling in dead

I wonder how these people got their degrees. And if they get paid more for messing with the staff. I heard they want to get rid of everyone who is full time, and only hire in new ones PRN. So they dont have to pay out benefits like Sick pay (Joke) or vacation pay (another joke) or give anual raises (Im laughing so hard, I cant take anymore jokes)

I come 2 work every day i rarely miss work....... The other day i ATTEMPTED 2 call out of work sick....... Yes i said attempted 2 call out b cause i was refused a call out...... I was told 2 other people already called in 4 the shift.... I asked whats that got 2 do with me? .....the response was i will tell u at 2:56 when u clock in....... Now i go in2 work b cause i have no choice b cause they refused my call out so exactly what makes it ok 4 others 2 call in but not me .......
ReplyDeleteI was told by the assistant dummy that i cant call out bc so n so called out.....n bc of low census..... N so n so was told 2 stay home....n also bc so n so didnt schedule enuf techs 2 begin with.......ENUF with the pointing fingers n blaming each other grow up n put ur big girl panties on (no offense JT ur out numbered)
