First post here we go!!!
Tired so very tired hurt scared broke this is wrong to go to work and cry on the way!!!
I can't stand the negativity and the poor morale. We are here to take care of people who have no one else to do it. It's hard when your never thanked or complimented on how hard you work or how hard to try. I'm a damn good nurse and deserve to be treated like it
I try and help all staff members out and make everyone feel appreciated. I would hope if i had ever made anyone feel unappreciated i would b told about it. I am sure you are a great nurse and your patients appreciate you which is what matters the most. Hang in there. Things WILL improve.
We each have been put thru our own hell by them workin at glc the funny part is if u dont do ur job n ur nose is brown u never have 2 worry bout losing ur job they only fire the 1s who actually work
