Well maybe on my 45 min lunch I can got get a loan to cover what they take from me here! Cuz even if we are at lunch we still are at work I mean cant drink a beer right... Let's eat here get charged to eat... And sit for 40 more min thinking how much longer can I hold on like this...
U should stick around 4 dinner it will b the usual poor mans meal of soup n sandwich...... Will it b tomato soup n tuna or all the veggies from this week thrown into a pot add some ketchup n water n they made vegetable soup n grilled government cheese either way it is still gross n they blame us for the weight loss when its from serving them that 7 nites a week

Big bank takes little bank. It's the game of the corporate world. The nursing field is one of the safest investment these companies can get. If you've been in the nursing field long enough you know that nursing facilities used to have a much better working moral. That was all before big companies started buying out smaller companies. Its starting to squeeze into a monopoly type effect. Where the big companies are bending over the worker and forcing them to take this corporate screw without a reach around. Only because we workers cant really find many jobs in nursing that isn't being run by the same jerks. They don't care if you're stressing, wondering if you will be able to keep your lights on or put food on the table. They just are concerned about making the buck. They see us as pawns in they're game and if you don't want to play they will find someone more desperate and in need of work to sell their soul. It may come down to us looking for a good union to protect ourselves. Most Michigan nursing homes and the entire state of Ca. Nursing is unionized. I'm not a big fan of Unions but they were originally established for the protection of overworked and underpaid employees. It's a thought you should start considering
