Who wants to be number one!
There might be alot of problems but I think that we can pull together and be number 1 again. The way I figure it the twio other places are fixing to dive because of these cuts. I feel that we have been running like it's been in place for 2 months now. So while there diving we can rise cuz we can't go any lower with morale staffing or residents. No choice but to unite and make us number 1 again .... Thoughts?

I think we jus work for a money hungry corp that dont care for its clients let alone its employees

Why would the other two places dive?

I know ppl who work at both locations n i never hear them talkn bout their coworkers stabbing each other in the back n when u walk in their door u dont get hit in the face with the stank of piss n b told 2 wipe their smile off ur face ur here 2 work not 2 have fun
Well i got news 4 them earlier this year they fired a good friend of mine n her normal residents missed her face her sense of humor the way she wood cut up with them she loved them n they loved her in return alot of these residents need the interaction of a sense of humor bc activities sure dont do it
They are Corp too.. There for profit. And there budget is going to get cut.
ReplyDeleteWe have been running like this for a while. I'm sure were making money so if we can make money with low sensus when cenus comes back up we will be way under budget set for the reform. Or maybe not..
