NOT A RAISE.....Possibly layoffs. Lets save on the budget 4 million dollars....Lets think of ways to save on the budget of GL. How bout do we need a DCE? (test giver/in service-huddler). She hasn't taught me anything I did not already know. I bet shes banking at least 50,000/year. BAM!!! How bout we stop hiring RN to do LPN jobs.....How bout we stop hiring new grads...I think they are killing the census. How bout we get rid of the head of housekeeping who doesn't do anything but sit in the front office all day, while the building is a mess and there is no laundry for resident care. Isn't that we are there for? To take care of the residents? Do we need two ADONs? No! The first one does everything anyways while the newbie sits in the office and text. Oh and lets not forget she gives write ups out to. That's got to be another 50 grand saved. Anyone else have any ideas?
I AGREE not only those need 2 go due 2 budget cuts how bout the dietary director n chef exactly how many ppl makin $40-50,000 does it take 2 open up a can of soup???? And what about the staffing coordnator she makes a good $35-40,000 a year causing drama!! How about the cna in the shed there is never no supplies or diapers..... The payroll clerk is another it does take 40 a wk 2 fuck up my paycheck......what about the liquid lunch boys in their shed hell im scared 2 plugs sumthing in bc id b electicuted.....the 3-11 supervisor who is utterly useless excepting at locking the freakin doors at nite so instead of the bad crazy ppl arent gettin in no now instead ur now stuck outside with them until sum1 hears u knocking on the door 2 come back in......what about the weights Y do we need sum1 special just 4 that?

ReplyDeleteWell i got news 4 u 7-3 i follow n n get the same from u dry piss stained sheet n dried on shit that u have 2 scrub them raw n im positive its the same shit from left by 11-7 n 7-3 dont wanna deal with it so they jus make the bed n then on 3-11 im stuck changing the sheets n the nurse makin excuses 4 u guys

ReplyDeleteThere is always going to be something we didn't finish or going to get back to and we forget and the next shift finds and automatically think we or I did it on purpose. Next time u see me let me know hey such n such bed had a ring on it and I changed it. I bet I just forgot and I'll try not to do it again.. Help each other help me and I'll help u and together we will do a good job keep from getting fired..... Or we can rat on each other till we all are out of a job think about it
